Although our customers generally receive their order on their doorstep in about a week, here is exactly how the process goes:

If your order is received by 3 pm, we’ll be able to get things started today.
3 - 5 business days
We print and pack your order
Every order is custom made for your group. This takes us roughly 3 business days, but we like to ask you to give us 5 business days if needed.
2 - 3 days delivery time
USPS priority mail
We’ll get your order to you as quickly as the USPS will offer via their 2 day priority mail option. (USPS says that “Standard delivery time” is 7 to 10 days.)
Orders generally take 3 – 5 business days to be printed and ready to ship. Some personalized orders may take longer.
We make every effort to ship orders as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that every shirt is custom printed for your order (after you place the order) and several factors may impact shipping.
We keep a large stock of blank shirts ready for printing in the most popular styles/sizes/colors but there are times when we may have to get additional stock from our supplier to complete your order which may delay your order.
If you are in a time crunch, please contact us before placing your order so we can give you all the options available to ensure you receive your shirts in time for your vacation or event!
Please call us to discuss your timing. The last thing we want is to disappoint you! So, if you leave for your cruise within 30 days from today, do not order online without talking with us first.
Order the wrong size? We understand! It isn’t like you could try the shirt on in the virtual fitting room, right?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately.
We do accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of the delivery of your items as long as they are in new condition (not washed or worn) and the item has not been personalized.
For orders that have been personalized/customized (you added names/text to the shirt or had custom designs created), we do offer a discount off the price of a replacement item! Please contact us if something isn’t right and we’ll do our best to make it right!
